The O.N.H. is committed to quality on the international olive-oil scene, and Tunisia is an active member of the International Olive Oil Council and the North American Olive Oil Association, reflecting its advocacy of high international standards and business practices.

The high quality of Tunisian olive oil is universally recognized, and it has enjoyed an excellent reputation among connoisseurs since antiquity. Today the Tunisian Olive Oil Office (O.N.H.) is responsible for maintaining that reputation, ensuring consistently high quality through:

• well-trained management and sophisticated equipment,

• world-class testing laboratories approved by the International Olive Oil Council,

• a selected team of highly skilled, experienced technical professionals.

• Chemical Physical and Organoleptic Analysis are carried out continually in order to identify quality and defects of oil and to select the best virgin olive oils.

  

         By ensuring use of the latest technologies in the manufacturing process and by exercising firm quality control, the O.N.H. has proven its determination to keep abreast of the most recent technical advances to secure a constantly rising level of productivity.
