Usually described as "pure" olive oil, this is a blend of refined olive oil, which has a neutral taste, and virgin or extra virgin olive oil, which is added to enhance flavor and color. Olive oil is clear yellow in color, and has a milder, more mellow taste than virgin oil. Its acidity may range from 0.5% to 1.5%, depending on customer preference.
