Tunisian Olive Oil Production
With an average annual production of 170,000 metric tons, Tunisia is the largest olive oil producer outside the European Union, and comes fourth in the world following Spain, Italy and Greece.
This production is covered by nearly 1430 oil mill with a total trituration capacity of 23000 tons a day.
